Upon receipt of the required documentation, a fully executed purchase contract will be forwarded to you for your review and final approval. Said contract will confirm the purchase offer amount, describe the membership details, identify all parties involved and stipulate the terms and conditions of the transaction. Average time to close is five to seven business days.
